Born in 2008, The MAVERICK FESTIVAL is the UK’s first and finest Americana music event and a beacon for roots music from both sides of the Atlantic.

This year we’ll be helping the festival’s special focus on all things Cajun, taking our cheesy grits, gumbo and jambalaya amongst the tasties on offer.
